Tangy French Marinade

Turn ordinary cuts of beef for the grill into restaurant-fancy masterpieces with our homemade Tangy French Marinade recipe. Tangy Dijon-style mustard whisked together with rich-tasting balsamic vinegar and a few herbs and spices make for the perfect marinade marriage.
What You'll Need
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk well.
Makes 1/2 cup
Note
This marinade is best used with beef.

Hello! This is a good marinade for chicken breast, but if you're looking for others, try our recipes for "Fruity Marinated Chicken" and "Mojo Chicken." Both are very delicious! Enjoy. :)
