Good and easy! I reduced the water to 3 quarts and put in a full shot of spice. Makes lots but no one goes away hungry! I used 1/4 cup Tonys Creole seasoning and it was great.

This recipie was very easy. I didn't follow all the steps accordingly. I didn't measure the water, seasonings, I didn't cut the sausage but yet it still was very tasty and a quick meal for me and my daughter. I really love shrimp and now this will be my go to recipie for a last minute seafood meal.

I have made this recipe many many times, and have added different types of meat to it, all of them delish! Our favorite thing to do is make a huge pot (triple recipe) and when it is ready to serve, we cover our dining room table with butcher block paper, drain the goodies and dump them in the middle of the table. Then we all sit around and grab and pick what we want, and laugh and cut up, fun fun fun... clean up is a breeze, just fold all ends of the butcher paper to the middle, wad up and toss out... we have done this with as many as 12 people... try it...
