Strawberry Cream Dip

Nothing goes better with fresh fruit like a light and creamy dip. Cut up chunks of your favorite fruit and dip them into this Strawberry Cream Dip for a delightfully sweet snack.
What You'll Need
- 1 (8-ounce) package Neufchatel cheese (light cream cheese), softened
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
What to Do
- In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the yogurt and strawberry jam and continue beating until smooth. Cover and chill for at least one hour or until ready to serve.
Serve this with fresh-cut chunks of cantaloupe, honeydew, or pineapple, apple slices and whole strawberries...it all works! And you can also substitute your favorite flavor jam or preserves for the strawberry jam.
