COOK TIME
15 Min

One you start poppin' these in your mouth, it's hard to stop snacking! Make 'em ahead for a party or to give as gifts. Trust me, people will want this recipe! My buttery coating goes well with any nuts, ?especially whole ones. Best of all, you can keep these nuts up to a week if you seal them in an airtight container.

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Toss pecans in butter.

  2. Combine sugar and remaining 4 ingredients. Sprinkle over pecans, and toss.

  3. Spread pecans on an ungreased baking sheet; bake 12 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
