Island Turkey Supper

- 4
- COOK TIME
- 35 Min
Capture the taste of the Caribbean with this easy "throw-together." There are many good brands of precooked turkey available in the markets now, so you don't even have to roast a turkey if you don't want to. But you know those leftover turkey scraps that we can hardly do anything with? They sure turn out perfect this way.
What You'll Need
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 6 to 8 stuffed green olives, sliced
- 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
What to Do
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
-
Mix rice and curry powder, and spread over bottom of a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Cover evenly with turkey, onion, and olives.
-
Combine soup and milk; pour over turkey mixture. Top with cheese.
-
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
